The shell package: wall logs, and the parts that make the structure work. Not the foundation, not the plumbing, not the wiring. We give you the full list so there is no guessing.

Can I build it myself?

Many people do, often with a local crew for the parts they would rather not do. The kit is cut to go together.

How does it get to me?

By truck, quoted to your site. Access matters more than distance, so we ask about the approach before quoting.

Do I need land already?

No, and plenty of people call before they buy it. It does change the conversation, which is why we ask.
