Shipping policy
Shipping Information
In an effort to keep your shipping costs low we use several different carriers including but not limited to; UPS, Spee-Dee Delivery, Federal Express, US Postal, Common Carrier and more. All shipping amounts have handling charges factored into them. There are no other "surprise" shipping charges/surcharges.
Typically, we ship orders from multiple warehouses (sometimes directly from the manufacturer if needed). 90% of our customers will receive their order within 2-4 business days. Sometimes your order will come from more than one location so you may not receive your entire order on the same day. If you need to rush your order please call 1-800-426-1002 and place your order in person and we can discuss some faster shipping options with you.
Delivery Area
This shopping cart system only calculates shipping quotes for the lower 47 states (California excluded).
Shipping Errors
If we made an error let us know we will do our best to get things rectified immediately.
Damaged Shipments
Log Home Mart is not responsible for damages to material that occurs after the carrier picks up the products. We recommend you inspect your shipment for damage before accepting your shipment from the carrier. If damage has occurred during shipment please notify the carrier immediately (within 24 hours) and follow the carrier's instructions. Please feel free to notify LogHomeMart.com as we may be able to help you.
Large or Heavy Items
For items 8 feet or longer, or weighing over 120 lbs, orders will ship via freight services—either LTL (Less Than Truckload) or Hotshot delivery, depending on the destination and nature of the item.
Delivery Site Requirements
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure their delivery location is accessible by a full-size semi truck. By placing an order for a large or heavy item, the customer acknowledges that their site is suitable for freight delivery.
- If the freight carrier later deems the site inaccessible, the customer will be responsible for any additional charges incurred due to re-delivery, alternate delivery methods, or other access-related adjustments.
Unloading Requirements
Some items may be too large or long to be unloaded using a liftgate, particularly materials over 8 ft in length.
- In such cases, the customer is responsible for unloading the item, either with appropriate equipment (e.g., forklift or skid steer) or by hand.
- The carrier is not obligated to assist in unloading freight beyond curbside delivery.
If you have any questions or concerns about your site’s accessibility or unloading options, please contact us before placing your order so we can help ensure a smooth delivery.
